County Ecumenical Officers
Each county or equivalent area in England has an Intermediate Body, sometimes called a County Body. They all have officers, sometimes full time but more often part time or volunteers. Their task is to work with the Denominational Ecumenical Officers and the Church Leaders (ie, Bishop, Chair of District, Synod Moderator, Regional Minister etc) to support and encourage local ecumenism.
